Metabolism breaks down calories into uitilizable energy.  A healthy metabolism will mean lesser calories to build up as fat.  A gradual metabolism will mean more calories that will bring about extra weight for our bodies.

Walking will make sure that our body's metabolism will always stay healthy and effective.
